Please note: international customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied once your order reaches your country. These charges are set by your local government and are completely out of our hands — unfortunately, we have no control over them and can’t predict what they might be. Any order refused to be received by the customer and sent back to us can of course be refunded but shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to refuse payment of customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the original postage cost and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund once the parcel safely arrives back with us.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75, and for orders under £75, postage is calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the original postage cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund once the parcel arrives back with us.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We know Christmas gifting takes planning — so we’ve extended our returns window to make it a little easier. 💚
Orders placed between 11 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned or exchanged up until 12 January 2026.
Orders placed after 24 December will follow our standard 14-day return policy.
All items must be unworn, in original condition, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to our online returns portal and follow the quick steps to generate your free Royal Mail return label.
All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, unworn and in original packaging.
Please note: Sale items, discounted pieces, or those marked as non-returnable are excluded from our free returns policy.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Only items purchased within the last 14 days (UK) and 40 days (International) are eligible for return.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and in their original bags with any labels intact.
- Any orders returned to us after 14 days will be refunded as store credit only.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving a return.
- Return costs are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons head wear, socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Please double check sizing before purchasing or contact our team. Contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
- Gift vouchers and E Vouchers are non refundable.
- If you are returning from abroad, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. To try to avoid this please ensure you state ALL TAX AND DUTIES PAID-UK RETURN along with the return address.
- Refunds can only be processed to the original payment card, if the card has expired or is no longer valid, we advise you contact your card issuer/bank for assistance, they will be able to receive the refund on your behalf.
- If you paid through Klarna/PayPal your refund will be refunded to you via Klarna/PayPal.
