We're Hiring at MAYSTON 🐎

MAYSTON is one of the fastest-growing equestrian clothing brands in the UK — built by a rider who believed women deserved better style, fit, and comfort in the saddle.

Now we’re growing — and we’re building a team that’s just as driven, creative, and community-minded as the brand itself.

Whether you’re a whizz with numbers, a master of packing the perfect parcel, or someone who lives for content creation — we’d love to hear from you.

Part-Time Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Lead

2–3 days per week · £28,000–£35,000 pro rata · Hybrid (2 days/week in Dorchester)

Take ownership of our digital performance — from Meta and Google Ads to Shopify and Klaviyo. This role is perfect for someone strategic, data-savvy, and excited about scaling a brand with real momentum.

We’re looking for a part-time Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Lead to join us at a pivotal stage in our growth. This role is in-house with flexibility, ideally leading to full-time as we scale.

You’ll take ownership of our digital performance — from Shopify to Meta Ads, Klaviyo to Google — and bring clarity, strategy and confidence to the parts we’ve been winging.

🔍 What You’ll Take Charge Of:

  • Planning and running paid campaigns (Meta, Google)
  • Managing and optimising the Shopify website (landing pages, conversions)
  • Overseeing Klaviyo flows, pop-ups, email performance
  • Reading and reporting on Google Analytics, Meta ROAS, and site data
  • Implementing tests and improvements (based on real results)
  • Advising on SEO, retargeting, checkout performance, and user journeys

🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify
  • Knows how to interpret data and use it to make confident decisions
  • Is detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally sharp
  • Understands (or is excited by!) the equestrian/fashion space
  • Wants to grow with us, long-term

💼 The Role:

  • Part-time: 2–3 days per week (days negotiable)
  • Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week in our Dorchester studio, rest remote
  • Salary: £28,000–£35,000 pro rata (based on experience)
  • Path to full-time as brand and sales grow
  • Reporting directly to the founder

🚀 Why Now?

MAYSTON has grown organically and quickly. Our product and brand are strong — now we need someone who can bring clarity, scale, and performance to the digital side so we can grow intentionally, not just reactively.

Warehouse Assistant

Monday–Friday · 10am–2pm · £13/hour · Dorchester Studio

Support our dispatch operations — from carefully packing orders to managing returns and keeping our stock organised. Based in our lovely rural studio, with more hours available during peak periods.

Customer Service Assistant

3 mornings a week · 9am–12pm · £14/hour · In-house, Dorchester

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — replying to queries, helping with sizing and orders, and managing click & collect at the studio. You’re friendly, detail-focused, and love making people feel looked after.

Social Media Content Creator

2 days per week · In-house, Dorchester Studio

Work closely with our founder to film, edit, and create content for TikTok, Reels, and social media. You’re confident with a camera (phone or DSLR), full of ideas, and love translating brand energy into scroll-stopping content.

Content Creators — Let’s Chat!

Are you a rider who *gets* the MAYSTON vibe and loves creating content? Whether you’re just starting or already growing, we’re always open to collabs with creators who ride in style and know how to tell a story. DM us or drop us an email!

Show Team Members – Join Us at Events Across the UK!

Event-based · UK-wide · Part-time

We don’t just show up — we turn up (and yes, the trade stand is known to party).

We’re heading to 10 major events in 2026, including a return to Badminton, and we’ll be back at London International this year after an unforgettable debut in 2024. We’re looking for fun, confident equestrians to help run our trade stands with energy, humour and great vibes.

  • Bubbly, welcoming, and up for a laugh
  • Must love chatting to people (and trying on outfits!)
  • Confident in the horse world – no retail experience needed
  • Based anywhere in the UK — join us for show weekends!

If serious faces are your thing... this probably isn’t.

How to Apply

Email your CV or portfolio to info@maystonequestrian.com with the role you're applying for in the subject line.

If you’re excited about MAYSTON but don’t see your exact role listed — get in touch anyway. We’re always on the lookout for passionate people.
